Maygie Li
Program Associate
STAFF MEMBER SINCE 2023
Maygie is a California College of the Arts Alum, who moved from Montana to San Francisco. Her undergraduates’ degree major is in painting and drawing and she is engrossed with multi-mediums. She works with digital collage and design, as well as traditional fine arts with graphites and oils. Her work is based on the timing of our lives, experiences, and the smaller cycles of life and deaths, and explores themes such as cultural identities, feminine embodiment, and satirical current events.
What Maygie appreciates most about Creativity Explored is seeing folks create out of genuinity of thought, and witness their creativity regardless of any obstacles— they continue to create, and not just create, but to create greatness. Outside of work, Maygie loves to read and listen to podcasts. Plus, she’s an extreme coffee enthusiast and have devoted a chunk of her time to compete and learn more about the coffee space!
On Sundays she roller skates at Golden Gate Park and will never fail to do so.
