With over 15 years of expertise, she builds pathways to generational wealth, enhances cultural competency, and amplifies the voices of marginalized communities. A visionary leader and BFA-trained artist, Carita fuses creativity with strategy to reimagine workplaces and create lasting, equitable impact.
Holding a BFA from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master’s in Arts Management from George Mason University, Carita’s passion for the arts runs deep.
