DOGO footwear features CE artwork for Mode Brut

The category is… sustainable footwear!

For the Mode Brut exhibit at the Museum of Craft and Design, we partnered with DOGO to create one-of-a-kind footwear featuring artwork by 14 CE artists.

Founded in 2006, Turkey-based brand DOGO creates incredible shoes with printed designs, boasting licensing partnerships with major brands like Harry Potter, Looney Tunes, Scooby-Doo, and designs featuring artists like Frida Kahlo, Vincent van Gogh, Gustav Klimt, and more. DOGO’s shoes are 100% vegan, environmentally conscious and sustainable, and fair trade.

To accent all the incredible Mode Brut fashions, DOGO produced a limited run of 15 custom shoe designs using artworks by CE artists Maria Berrios, José Campos, Joseph “JD” Green, Kaocrew “Yah” Kakabutra, Taneya Lovelace, Marcus McClure, Vincent Jackson, Hung Kei Shiu, Emma Reyes, Cheryle Rutledge, Anne Slater, Ana Maria Vidalon, Kathy Wen, and Gerald Wiggins.
