Thank you to our enthusiastic community for joining us at the Art Changes Lives 40th-anniversary celebration! With nearly 270 friends and partners in attendance, we raised over $215,000 to support more milestones at Creativity Explored!
To our supporters and fans who have been with us for decades and to those who have just joined us in recent years, thank you! Our community is the backbone of our organization and has brought tremendous joy to our work since our founding in 1983. We appreciate your contribution to CE’s success through the years and we look forward to many more!

Special Performances by La Mezcla and Kippy Marks set the lively tone for the night
Artist Samedi Djeimguero’s became enlivened with joy as a bidding war ensued over his Moon illustration along with his animation displayed on the Salesforce tower
We had more CE artists in attendance than ever, with veteran artists like Vincent Jackson standing beside many of CE’s new faces like Isaias Gomez, Joseph ‘JD’ Green, Joseph Omolayole, and Tranesha Smith-Kilgore
Our featured speaker Gina Padilla sat down for a chat with CE Social Services Manager Roshann Pressman, where they discussed the beginnings of Creativity Explored and how Gina contributed to the organization’s founding

We released an exclusive archival print collection of table centerpieces that highlighted eight different artists' work, sourced from the last 40 years.
