As a native San Franciscan, Justine Higueras has a deep appreciation for the culture, people and institutions that give this city its depth and soul. She has served as VP of Philanthropy for the Women@ ERG during her tenure at Pinterest and has served on various committees for The Olympic Club.

As a successful technology sales executive at various start-ups in the Bay Area over the last 15 years, currently at TikTok, she is passionate about prioritizing diversity, equity and inclusion as well as elevating women around her both personally and professionally.
